It's almost pantomime season, and we're pleased to announce that our pantomime in January 2012 will be... The Three Musketeers by Richard Lloyd!
It's a modern pantomime in the traditional style, with grand Dames, bad jokes, thigh-slapping, singing and dancing... and a large stage Snail by the name of Gerard Drippy-dew...
If you are interested in auditioning, the auditions are being held this Wednesday 12th October. To get involved, have a look at the character overview and audition pack, then just email us on three-musketeers@spreadeagleplayers.org.uk and let us know if you want to attend, and which characters you are interested in.

The Spread Eagle Players are embracing mystery! Our next production, 'Deadly Nightcap' by Francis Durbridge, is now open for booking! When some dodgy dealings for estate agent Jack Radford go wrong, he must do everything he can to cover it up, by plotting against his wife, Sarah and Edward Donnington, who between them own the company he runs. However, his plans take an unexpected turn.
Directed by Chris Manley, this murder mystery is compelling and full of intregue, with Sarah Radford slipping ever closer to madness, and Superindendent Cliff Jordan trying to peice together the last moments of their lives.

Three weeks to show week for the next Spread Eagle Players production, The Two Of Us, by Michael Frayn. Scripts are down, props and costumes are being arranged, and the cast is really excited (and indeed, excitable).
The nature of the show, a collection of short one act two-handers, has allowed each member of the cast to work really closely with their partner, and it really shows during the rehearsals.
What we need now is an audience, and if you want to come and support us whilst allowing us to entertain you, you can book tickets through our Box Office, or simply email boxoffice@spreadeagleplayers.org.uk or call 020 8946 7850 with your ticket requirements, and we'll put them aside for you. Then, simply pay on the door when you arrive.

Cafe Rene is buzzing with excitement at the moment, because with a month to go to show week, Allo Allo is shaping up to be a fantastic production, with a truly funny cast. Extra German soldiers and French cafe dwellers are now in place. Just have to ask one of them to be our piano player.
And I can assure you that after listening to Edith, Yvette and Mimi performing the cabaret, you are in for a night to remember. Or afternoon if you're coming to the matinee...
Remember, there's still time to book tickets for the production. Just email boxoffice@spreadeagleplayers.org.uk or call 020 8946 7850 with your ticket requirements, and we'll put them aside for you. Then, simply pay on the door when you arrive. Tickets are selling quickly, so it's advisable to book ahead of time.
